Harlingen Yoga Center opened its doors in 2009 with a mission to promote inner peace, good health and well-being through the consistent practice of Hatha and Raja Yoga.

The center features world class yoga taught by well-trained, professional instructors with progressive teaching methods in a non-competitive and encouraging atmosphere. We have two studios, our upstairs space can accommodate large groups and our downstairs studio is perfect for small groups of three or less, and private sessions. We also have a library with various wellness, yoga and meditation books and magazines.

Our studio is also home to Adkins Massage Therapy and Sundara Botanicals.

We offer 11 months of classes for all levels of students as well as workshops in yoga related topics and weekend get-away retreats throughout the year.

We are located in the heart of Harlingen at the El Mercado Shopping Center at 712 N. Sunshine Strip, Suite 36.
