Thank you in advance for coming to our studio and giving yoga a try. Below are just a few things to remember when you practice.

Remove your shoes before entering the yoga studio and leave all your concerns and worries outside the door with them.

Please try to arrive early enough to class to change and or get settled before it starts. If you arrive late, and the class is already in meditation/pranayama, wait outside or sit down quietly where you are until that portion of the class ends.

Time your departure. If you need to leave the room, don’t go during a balancing pose when your movements might distract others. Try to practice near the door if you have to leave early and please let your instructor know before the beginning of class.

Try to avoid wearing strong lotions, perfume or cologne to class, it might distract others around you.

If you are sick, honor your body and stay home to rest.

Mind the space in our studio with props that are not in use and keep them out of the way of other students.

Walk around other mats, please do not step on them.

Return all equipment to its proper storage place after class, stacked neatly and organized.

If you use a class mat, wipe down the side you used with a cleansing wipe after class.

We ask that you turn off all wireless devices and leave them with your belongings outside of the studio. If you are on call for an emergency, please notify the instructor before class begins.

Please keep your voices down. The Center is a shared space of wellness, relaxation, massage and yoga. While in the reception area, please be mindful of your fellow yogis in both the upstairs and downstairs studio whom may be practicing, meditating, breathing or relaxing during, before or after class.

And above all, enjoy yourself and your practice. Namaste.
