We held our Healthy Breathing Workshop where we explored questions, benefits and types of yogic breathing and pranayama (Sanskrit word for “extension of the life force”). In yoga, we practice pranayama through a consistent series of breathing exercises especially intended to meet those needs  life force and keep the body in vibrant health.
